Each villa has microwave oven, blender, toaster, electric stove and oven, side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, vacuum cleaner, cable television, and patio furniture. The villas have two large bedrooms, each with two twin size beds and a bathroom. All bed rooms have their own baths with tubs equipped with flexible shower hose nozzles.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the Beach Villa Owners Assn. at no charge.

Villa 637 has a new kitchen, ceramic tiled floors.

	Villa Prices	Rental term can start on any day of the week, as long as space is available when reservation is made. There is also a $200 cleaning fee for opening the villa and cleaning after you depart. All three villas are no smoking villas.

You will need a passport to enter The Bahamas.

Continental Connection does offer flights from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to
Treasure Cay on a daily basis.

Maids will prepare your villa before you arrive, have fresh flowers on the table, fresh drinking water in the refrigerator, and leave the door unlocked for you.

Drinking water can be purchased from laundry for fifty cents per gallon. Plastic jugs for this are in the villas.

Please register at office upon, or shortly after, arrival. This is located next to laundry.

Note: There is a departure tax of $15.00 per person for all those over six years old. This is payable at the airport upon departure. This tax may now be included in the price of your ticket.
