Although small by stateside standards, this market has most staples needed. There is a good supply of meats and frozen foods on hand. Prices are a little higher than stateside, especially when it comes to snack foods. Beer, wine, and liquor can be purchased from the liquor store located two doors from the grocery store. Both stores are located about a block from our villas. Also, there is a bank (open Tuesdays and Thursdays) and a post office to the left of the store. E-mail john@harpswell.com |
